Blue

A vivid blue. The range of colors expressed by "ao" (blue) is wide, and culturally and etymologically it is an ambiguous color (greens are sometimes called ao, for example). In colors such as Aoshiro-tsurubami, no blue element can be seen, and with a modern sense it is hard to understand why "ao" is in the name.
