Bronze

This color is more yellowish than benga-iro. It is used as a color to describe the skin of a tanned and tough person. In Japan, gold has been called "kogane" (gold), silver "shirogane" (silver), iron "kurogane" (iron), and copper "akagane" (copper) since ancient times. Akagane is an alloy of copper with 3% to 6% gold and 1% silver, and is also called "shikin" (purple gold).
