Aitetsu-iro

#242E41

A color that looks like a combination of Kurogane-iro and Ai-iro. There seem to be few records of what this color was used for. In the Edo period, many expressions combining two color names were created. Both Ai-iro and Kurogane-iro were used for kimono with very fine patterns such as mijinko and komongara, but no word to express that fineness seems to have been created.
