Sparrow tea

It is also called simply "sparrow color," and in combination with the preference for brown in the Edo period, it seems to have come to be called "sparrow tea. It refers to the color of a sparrow's feathers, and is also called "sparrow-head color," especially as the brown of a sparrow's head.
