Unohana-iro

Unohana is the name of the white flowers of utsugi (Deutzia), a shrub of the saxifrage family (Saxifragaceae). Okara (soy pulp left over from making tofu) is also called unohana, but it is not this white. Other color names for white include Shiro-tsutsuji (spring), Shiro-fuji (spring), Shiragiku (autumn), Matsu-no-yuki (winter), and Yuki-no-shita (winter).
