4. Prohibited Use

The following uses are prohibited:

1. Redistributing or selling the Materials themselves (with or without modification), e.g., bundling into stock libraries, issuing as NFTs, or redistributing as AI training data.
2. Selling products that primarily consist of the Materials, e.g., postcards, T-shirts, phone cases that simply print the Materials. (Products that use the Materials as background or decoration are fine.)
3. Use that violates public order or morals (obscene, violent, discriminatory, or defamatory purposes).
4. Use that infringes the rights of third parties (copyright, portrait rights, trademark, privacy, etc.).
5. Use for illegal activities or on illegal sites.
6. Use that damages the Site or the Shikisai 101® brand.
7. Representing the Materials as if they were created by you.

• The Materials are provided as-is. The Site is not liable for any damages arising from their use.
• Some Materials are AI-generated. If a third-party rights infringement is identified, distribution of the affected Material may be suspended.
• The Materials may be changed or removed without notice.

• Changes apply to Materials downloaded prior to the change as well.
